Individual Therapy

  • We offer individual therapy  that addresses your issues, concerns, challenges, and life issues with compassion, honesty, and creativity
  • Our approach will respect you and your beliefs while challenging you to be and feel happier and more fulfilled
  •  Therapy can be challenging, and we will respect you throughout the process, while calling you out on issues with directness and care
  • Individual therapy with me is going to be a dialogue between us, and we will work with you and offer creative solutions to your life situations
  • Typically, our sessions will cover what is important to you, and we will be interactive, understanding the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that contribute to your distress in our sessions.
  • We do not simply sit back, ask you how you feel, and expect you to come up with everything on your own
